Welcome to RS Media. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Services Provided

RS Media specializes in creating creative content for e-commerce stores. Our services are designed to help enhance your advertising campaigns and improve your Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

3. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as agreed upon in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your invoice.

4. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering results. If after three months of using our creative content, there is no increase in your ROAS, we will provide a full refund. To qualify for the refund, you must provide us with full access to your ad accounts as specified in section 5.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide full access to your ad accounts and any other necessary resources.

• Cooperate with our team and provide any information requested promptly.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All creative content produced by RS Media for your e-commerce store will become your intellectual property once full payment has been made. You will have full rights to use, modify, and distribute the content as you see fit.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

RS Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Melbourne, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

RS Media reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
